ACRO Yoga Foundations with Wendy & Michelina – February
Date: February 11th
Time: 1pm-4pm

Acro Yoga is a dynamic physical practice that combines Yoga with Acrobatics.  In this challenging yet rewarding partner yoga practice, you will be encouraged to embody all three roles, which are called flying, basing, and spotting. You do not need a partner to attend, and in fact will mostly always be working in groups of three or four.  Acro Yoga encourages a sense of trust, connection and playfulness.

Build strength, courage, balance, and trust by taking yoga asanas from the earth to the air with a blend of ACROVINYASA® with other Acro Yoga postures and flows. In this class we will primarily be doing what is called “L” basing, but may also safely tackle some basic standing poses. This class is for all levels from beginner to expert and there is something for everyone. Help us build the Santa Clarita Acro Yoga community!
