Sacred Stillness – The Heart of Yoga Nidra. A Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Michelina

Dates: September 19th, 20th, 26th & 27th

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of conscious rest – a sacred invitation to soften, listen, and remember the wholeness that already exists within. Beyond relaxation, Yoga Nidra offers a path into subtle awareness where the body sleeps, the mind quiets, and consciousness remains awake.

Throughout this immersive training, we will explore the rich history, mythology, philosophy, science, and energetic foundations of Yoga Nidra. Together we’ll journey through the koshas, chakras, brainwave states, AUM, sankalpa, the Yoga Sutras, and the transformative power of deep rest. We’ll also explore the influences of Tantra, Shamanism, sound healing, and the wisdom of rest as both personal practice and collective medicine.

This training is experiential, reflective, and practical. Each day includes guided Yoga Nidra practices, meaningful discussion, journaling, and opportunities to embody the teachings before learning to confidently guide others. Participants will develop their own Yoga Nidra scripts, playlists, and teaching voice while receiving supportive feedback through practicum experiences.

Whether you are a yoga teacher seeking to expand your offerings or a dedicated practitioner longing to deepen your relationship with stillness, this training will provide both the knowledge and confidence to share Yoga Nidra with authenticity, compassion, and heart.

Together, we remember that profound healing is not always found through doing – but through simply being.

Rest is sacred. Stillness is medicine. Yoga Nidra is a return home.

You will also receive a manual, Nidra Script resources, and recommened books for this course.

Michelina:

Michelina believes that some of our deepest healing doesn’t happen through striving – it happens through remembering how to rest.

Her yoga journey began with movement, discipline, and the joy of sharing the practice. Over the years, that path expanded beyond the physical practice into philosophy, meditation, mythology, ceremony, sound healing, teacher trainings, retreats, and the privilege of guiding a thriving yoga community. With more than 4,300 hours of teaching experience, Michelina has spent years supporting students through movement, mindfulness, and transformation.

Along the way, Yoga Nidra became more than a practice – it became a home.

In a world that often celebrates constant productivity, Yoga Nidra offered Michelina something different: permission to soften, to listen, and to trust that profound transformation can arise through stillness. What began as a personal refuge gradually became one of the most meaningful practices she could share with others.

Sacred Stillness – The Heart of Yoga Nidra is a reflection of that journey. Woven together with the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, koshas, mythology, subtle energetics, conscious rest, and lived experience, this training invites practitioners and teachers alike to discover Yoga Nidra not simply as a script to guide, but as a way of being.

Michelina’s intention is to create spaces where students feel supported, seen, and empowered to trust their own inner wisdom. She believes that rest is sacred, community is medicine, and that when we learn to meet ourselves with softness, we remember that everything we seek has always lived within.
