Cary

Yoga teacher

About Cary

Cary is a California native raised in the San Fernando Valley. Other than teaching yoga she is a singer and loves to cook.  Cary is passionate about coming up with recipes, being creative and spicing things up.  She enjoys her matcha in the mornings, dancing, playing music with my band, and just flowing with the breeze, having fun, and keeping a playful heart.

Yoga Journey

Cary’s mother took Cary to her first yoga class when she was a child and she never experienced anything quite like it. Later in life she decided to become a yoga teacher. Yoga has helped her in life changing experiences, and it’s really helped her keep a healthy perspective, happiness and positivity in life.

Background & Experience

Cary received her 500-hour training at YogaWorks. She’s been teaching for 8 years and loves teaching people from all walks of life.  Cary has taught yoga to toddlers, and students in their nineties.  She received training in prenatal and postnatal yoga.  Cary also teaches meditation classes.

Yoga Classes with Cary

Cary’s classes are a mixture of a slow flow with strength and grace.  She is very keen on alignment and doing what feels good in your own body.  Cary loves a good restorative session and singing mantras at the end of class.  Her students feel rejuvenated when they leave.
