Weekly Class Descriptions

These classes are designed for all levels. Come as you are. Whether you are a beginner, desire a challenge, crave ease, or are interested in reviewing the essential elements of a yoga practice, there is a class for you. These classes focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, language of the practice, utilizing the breath, clearing the mind, and connecting the heart and soul.

Beautiful Basics

Learn and get back to the beauty of basics.  The focus of this class will be alignment and breakdown of the poses, along with finding deeper breath alongside movements.  It is great for beginners and those who want to fine tune and deepen their practice.

Class time: 1 hour

Generous Gentle Flow

A slower vinyasa flow and a more concise breakdown of the poses. This is an all levels class, but focused more for the beginner, those with limitations, and those who want to take a generous pause and slow down their vinyasa.

Class time: 1 hour

Vital Vinyasa

A step up from gentle flow. This class will concentrate on breath and movement connection while igniting your vitals with the tempo picking up a notch.

Class time: 1 hour

Vibrant Vinyasa

Find more vibrance in your practice with this class. Breath and movement will be the focus with an opportunity for challenge in your flow. Multiple variations and accommodations will be offered. Beginners, give it a try! Continuing students, let’s do this!

Class time: 1 hour

Lively Lunch Flow

Get your flow in at a shorter length in between the workday, so that you can feel and be more lively!

Class time: 45 min.

Yummy Yin

This is a more subtle and receptive yoga practice with an emphasis on longer held poses working into passive stretches and deeper connective tissues. A time to melt and take a yummy pause into spaces of not only the body but the mind and soul. Yin poses are held 2-5 minutes.

Class time: 1 hour, 15 min

Radical Restorative

Restorative is a form of yoga that focuses on physical and mental relaxation through poses and props. This form of yoga is meant to heal multiple ailments. It is a way to de-stress, re-energize, find balance, and take a radical pause. It is a gentle yet empowering style of yoga. It is receptive, not active. Restorative poses are held for a period of 5-10 minutes.

Class time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

We have some lovely teachers offering privates that include multiple lineages of Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Cacao.
