About Kennedy

Kennedy is a practitioner of the healing arts. She is a Yoga teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Stretch Therapist, and Chocolatier. She loves to curate spaces for others to slow down and dive inward as support for their healing journey.

Yoga Journey

Kennedy has been using yoga as a tool for self-development to just over 10 years now. It started as a way to move her body and she soon discovered that yoga gave her many gifts along the way. She decided to take her 200 hour teacher training in 2019 to deepen her own practice which was a life changing decision. In January 2023 she decided to start teaching weekly classes and has discovered a new passion for sharing her love of yoga.

Most recently, Kennedy invested in Yoga Wall Teacher training, and attained 30 hours of Yoga Align Level 1.  She will further share her heart in Yoga Wall classes, alongside her current offerings.

Yoga Classes with Kennedy

Kennedy’s classes are slower paced so students have an opportunity to listen to the body, feel what the body needs, and practice giving the body what to needs. If you are curious what this means, come take a class with Kennedy and learn the benefits of slowing down and listening.
