Yoga Journey, Background & Experience

Elizabeth is an east coast girl, building a life for herself on the west coast. After 15 successful years in the film industry, she took a break to experience the joy and challenges of being a stay at home mother to three boys. Elizabeth believes that the stress of these two worlds ultimately brought her to her mat and she has never left. Elizabeth is committed to moving through the world authentically, always striving to be better and do better and to remain a human of integrity. She is unafraid to speak her truth and strives to empower her students and clients to do the same. Elizabeth is a 500 hour Yogaworks certified teacher, who has been teaching yoga for 10 years.

Elizabeth’s classes are strong and fun. She loves the movement of a vinyasa class, combined with a quiet meditative mind that provides a well-balanced yoga experience. Her only request is that you bring your smile and your sense of humor along with you. Let’s sweat and laugh together!
