Weekly Class Descriptions

These classes are designed for all levels. Come as you are. Whether you are a beginner, desire a challenge, crave ease, or are interested in reviewing the essential elements of a yoga practice, there is a class for you. These classes focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, language of the practice, utilizing the breath, clearing the mind, and connecting the heart and soul.

Beautiful Basics

Learn and get back to the beauty of basics.  The focus of this class will be alignment and breakdown of the poses, along with finding deeper breath alongside movements.  It is great for beginners and those who want to fine tune and deepen their practice.

Class time: 1 hour

Generous Gentle Flow

A slower vinyasa flow and a more concise breakdown of the poses. This is an all levels class, but focused more for the beginner, those with limitations, and those who want to take a generous pause and slow down their vinyasa.

Class time: 1 hour

Vital Vinyasa

A step up from gentle flow. This class will concentrate on breath and movement connection while igniting your vitals with the tempo picking up a notch.

Class time: 1 hour

Vibrant Vin-Yin

Step into a vinyasa flow followed by sweet yin shapes.  A balanced practice of yang + yin energy to go deep within & bring harmony to your day.

Class time: 1 hour

Pounds & Poses

Flow in your practice with light weights to build tone and endurance alongside the breath and movements of a vinyasa lineage.

Class time: 1 hour

Healing Hatha

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of asana practice.  In this class take time to slow down and move intentionally.  Center the heart and align.

Class time: 1 hour

Wonderful Wall Yoga

Explore the wonders of the Yoga Wall.  A practice that is therapeutic and healing.  Gain decompression & length, traction, and alignment as also this modality can support + improve your yoga on the mat.

Class time: 1 hour, 15 min

Yummy Yin

This is a more subtle and receptive yoga practice with an emphasis on longer held poses working into passive stretches and deeper connective tissues. A time to melt and take a yummy pause into spaces of not only the body but the mind and soul. Yin poses are held 2-5 minutes.

Yummy Yin + Sweet Sounds

All elements of Yummy Yin will be incorporated into this class + sweet sound healing in an extended savasana.

Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

Class time: 1 hour, 15 min

Radical Restorative + Reiki

Restorative is a form of yoga that focuses on physical and mental relaxation through poses and props. This form of yoga is meant to heal multiple ailments. It is a way to de-stress, re-energize, find balance, and take a radical pause. It is a gentle yet empowering style of yoga. It is receptive, not active. Restorative poses are held for a period of 5-10 minutes.

Reiki is energy healing used for relaxation and stress reduction.  Our energy centers or subtle energy system, known as the chakras, are often utilized as connection for the compassionate and loving work of Reiki.  Reiki can be exchanged from afar and also with a light hands on touch.

This class will infuse both of these lineages.

Class time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Nourishing Nidra + Magical Mantra

Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique where you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation while gently wavering between conscious & subconscious. The entire class will be taught with you lying on your back, or any comfortable position, and with any desired props for comfort. Take a nourishing slumber with some Nidra and bask in the magic of mantra + harmonium in sealing up this practice.

Class time: 45 minutes

Kool Kids Yoga

For kiddos 4 and up!  A time to allow for the little ones to have independent yoga time in moving through the yoga shapes with adventure, play yoga games, practice mindfulness, and connect to self-expression with awareness and art.

Class time: 45 minutes

Mom & Me Yoga

Geared towards Mamas & Kiddos 0-5.  A sweet time to strengthen, stretch, balance, and connect with your little ones.

Class time: 1 hour
