Last Friday we had a 1:1 session with our Breakthrough Breathwork workshop.
A couple students canceled – but we still showed up and it was exactly as it was meant to be.

Friday night was intimate and beautiful.
We opened our hearts, let go of what was no longer serving.
A deep connection took place with our inner wisdom – as the breath guided us.
Inner strength was found and we walked away with deeper love and compassion for ourselves and those around us.
