A night that brought upon an energy that was powerful and beautiful. All arrived exactly as they were meant to. Some were brand new to breathwork and some were choosing to take this deep journey again.
We dropped into a space that allowed for a deeper connection, sensation, and experience. All was open – and all received.
Brooklynn shared her love and support all throughout this transformative time. She took deep breaths right along with us, shared essential oils, burned sage to clear energy, and sealed up the evening with the softness of singing bowls.
