Last night we settled into our cozy and safe space…
Oracle cards were drawn.
Connection took place with oils.
Resonation correlated with crystal rocks.
Before diving into our Breathwork, we took a moment to acknowledge our fears and journal on prompts regarding so, that Brooklynn intentionally prepared.
Breathwork took its place and the work within this realm began – deep breaths, vocal sounds, sensations, emotions, release, release…
Upon making our way back from this journey we linked back to journaling and questions to align with our soul and its call.
