This night…
Tim led us through a journey of sounds: chimes, singing bowls, shamanic drum, and panda drum.
Reiki energy was present and radiated from Ashely.
A beautiful pink and white rose was gifted to each of us.
WE started with a partner activity to connect to one another. Following this, we got cozy in our space and received ALL THE LOVE!

“I lost a close friend a few months ago. The last few days, I’ve felt sad in the place of grief in knowing I will not see him again in this lifetime. It is so strange to think in this way, as I have always thought I’d see him again…in this current place that I know as life on this planet, this earth.
When Ashley came around and place one had near my crown chakra, I felt it was in connection to spirit. To connect with my friend. I felt sorrow. I felt he said: I’m sorry. As she placed both hands on my hips, I felt this was a physical hug from my friend through the energy of Reiki. I began to feel my belly quiver, and I took shorter and shallow breath, trying to fight back the emotions, the tears. But, they still tricked out from my eyes…a hug from my friend, love, embrace. Tears of sadness, tears of joy.”
