Arielle and Mark invited us on a journey within the Tantric realm on a Tuesday evening, December 14th.
We began with breathwork and intuitive movements. We tapped into our chakras, our masculine energy, and our feminine energy. We shifted our masculine and feminine energies into partner work.
Inside of this partner work we connected energetically. We also connected physically by eye gazing into one another: seeing and feeling one another as vibrant, living beings. Palm hovering to give and receive and then neutral palm touch followed the eye gazing. Gentle hand massage with oil added to the physical touch. Partners honored each other’s space, as this was sealed with gratitude and thanks.
This was an experience to the studio that was new and welcomed. This was work at a more sensual and creative level for self, as then this was shared with a partner, and others in our safe space.
