Meet Anissa, an energetic soul!
If Anissa were to give her practice one word, it would be: Peace.
She will be teaching our NEW Pounds & Poses class on Saturdays 9-10am.
Her passion is teaching Mindful Flow which incorporates poses, breath awareness and her dice & card invention – MindShakers! Anissa travels around speaking to parents and children about the importance of having a positive inner dialogue with ourselves and creating our future experiences through focus and positive intention.
In Anissa’s class you can expect to get a great workout. She focuses on strengthening, stretching, increasing and enhancing range of motion, attuning to the body communication while allowing students to find their own yoga.
