On Saturday, December 11th 2021 our workshop SOMATIC, SOUL + SPIRIT with Crystal was empowering and transformative. We created greater awareness around our subconscious programming. Movement was used to release somatic blockages. We went into a deep meditative state to alchemize the energy with the healing sound of the drum.
