We will have a booth at Vegfest. Come by and say HI and learn about our cozy home yoga studio space! A spin wheel will be present to win some merch and/or a discounted class with us! Who doesn’t like a spin wheel and discounts 😉 ?

There will be My Yoga Canyon Country tanks, t-shirts, and hoodies available for purchase. Owner Michelina and some of the My Yoga Canyon Country yogi family members will be there!
Movement & Mantra @ The Conscious Corner 4-5pm
Michelina is honored to offer a piece to the Conscious Corner. This entity will infuse Sanskrit Mantras alongside harmonium – infusing yoga Mythology. Following this sweet piece gentle movements and an extended savasana (resting pose) with sound healing will seal up this magical time.
