Join Michelina & Tim for some solid vibes in our cozy home yoga studio.
Michelina will guide you through a well-rounded yoga vinyasa flow class designed for all levels while Tim will send sounds to radiate your being with the Crystal Singing bowls. Michelina will also share melodies and mantra with the harmonium, a connection to yoga lineage.
The class will infuse energies of the mind, body, heart, and soul. You will breathe and move while sound vibrations from singing bowls and harmonium will pulse your presence.

Tim’s Workshop Bio:
Tim is a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki 2 practitioner, sound healer and lifelong musician. He has always found healing, expression and joy in playing instruments. Tim is delighted to share his love language of sound alongside yoga.
Michelina’s Workshop Bio:
Michelina is thrilled to collaborate with Tim, one of our family members, and infuse sound healing alongside the yoga practice. Now, sound will be another addition to raise the vibration!
