Our first round with baby goat yoga was extremely special. We want to open this experience to you again! It truly is an unfor-GOAT-able time.
Yoga practice will be guided by Michelina, while Lex monitors the baby goats. The baby goats will be lingering around the green pasture that we will practice on. They may give a face to face hello in table top, think you are mama and look for your utters via your belly, jump on your back in child’s pose, or lay with you in savasana! After practice you can hold them in your arms, and they are likely to fall asleep.
This time we will meet at Canyon Country Park in the parking lot by the turquoise clock tower at 9:25am. Michelina will be standing in front of the clock tower. We will then carpool/caravan up to Acton Park, where Lex and the baby goats will be.

Lex has partnered exclusively with My Yoga Canyon Country to share the joy of cute little baby goats with the loving community that is nurtured at their ranch.
