We’ll take a look at habits and learn how to be more intentional throughout your busy day.

-Meditation (instruction if it’s your first time) and learn about different meditation styles to fit your personality and lifestyle
-Learn how to use mindfulness and intention to reduce stress in every day situations-Learn how to work with your unique energy
-Yoga you can use every day
What to bring:
-Yoga mat
-Journal and writing instrument
