Pop-Up Classes: Yoga Wall Healthy Back with Wendy – August

These pop-up classes are designed to help students manage back pain. These 1.5 hour classes incorporate specific Yoga Wall postures to release tension that is often held in the pelvis, shoulders, and back. Learn how to better take care of yourself and practice safer yoga for your back.

Wendy
Wendy MS, E-YRT, CPT is a yoga and wellness entrepreneur. She is the founder of Vayu Yoga, an aerial yoga practice, yoga-align (yogawall practice) and Living Vibrantly by Design. Wendy has over 30 years teaching dance, yoga, pilates, fitness, and mind-body practices to students of all ages in private and public sectors. She is a certified personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, and certified pilates teacher.
