RELAX
with restorative yoga. A restful form of yoga that holds poses for an extended period. This practice soothes the nervous system and gives a satisfying stretch.
RENEW
with a guided RAIN meditation inspired by Tara Brach. In this meditation we will investigate and work through any stress by: R-Recognizing what is happening. A-Allowing life to be just as it is. I-Investigating with a gentle, curious attention. And N-Nurturing with a loving presence.
RESTORE
with a tense and release body scan. This allows us to reconnect with the body by learning to let go and create tension at will. As we purge stuck energy, we create space for the light of our true nature to flood in.

Relax, Renew, and Restore with JP: This workshop incorporates restorative yoga poses, meditation, and tense & release body scan.
Take a night for some self care and love with JP.
She is driven and motivated to guide others into the best version of themselves. She offers participants tools and techniques that gently uncover the layers that keep them from their highest self. Based out of Los Angeles, she has worked for years in Drug rehabs, Prisons, Youth Detention Centers, Homeless Shelters, Studios, and with the General Public. Classes and workshops are generally 2-2 ½ hours long and focus on mindfulness practices, breathwork, yoga, and meditation. This work has helped her personally look at and be aware of the shadow and light aspects of herself, her choices, and where she can grow and give herself grace. She strives to serve others with the same awareness and compassion.
