We will have a booth at Vegfest. Come by and say HI! A spin wheel will be present to win some merch and/or a FREE class with us! Who doesn’t like a spin wheel and free stuff 😉 ?
ANIMAL NON-PROFIT SUPPORT
Michelina has a big heart for animals, especially kitty cats -as do our teachers. This year we are going to have kitty cookies for sale for $1.00. All of the proceeds will go to a non-profit animal organization. The specific organization is pending, TBD.
We may also have 2-3 kitties available for adoption from the same organization that donations go to. Stay tuned and MEOW!

Join Michelina & Tim for some solid vibes at VegFest’s Conscious Corner.
Michelina will guide you through a well rounded yoga vinyasa flow class designed for all levels while Tim will send sounds to radiate your being with the Crystal Singing bowls. Michelina will also share melodies and mantra with the harmonium, a connection to yoga lineage.
The class will infuse energies of the mind, body, heart, and soul. You will breathe and move while sound vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, handpan, and harmonium will pulse your presence.
