Get ready for some heart-led & life changing trainings!

As far as Yoga Teacher Trainings…we are beaming to share that our intention to offer our first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2025 – has come to fruition!  The program will run from January 3rd – June 8th.  In My Yoga Teacher Training you will dive within and lead from the portal of the heart – personal consciousness, wisdom, intuition, and love.  The lineage of this school streams from Ashtanga & Bhakti – but this training will infuse alternate descents + focus on your essence & experience, your yoga.

My Yoga Canyon Country is honored to share space in our cozy home yoga studio for Reiki Trainings.  Reiki is a lineage from Japan.  It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  Reiki is a beautiful tool of love, light, and compassion that can support yoga practice as also there are many lovely parallels with the Reiki and yoga practices.

Furthermore, we have our Yoga Wall Teacher Training: Vayu Yoga Level 1 & Level 2 Yoga-Align Teacher Intensive with Wendy.  This training consists of a 20-hour training intensive plus practice and self-study, to learn how to safely and effectively teach yoga wall classes.  Yoga-Align incorporates the Yoga Wall into a mat practice, enhancing alignment, traction and decompression.

And then, there will be a 36-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training arriving in studio for two weekends in July and one in August 2025 with Jennifer Elliott.  Yin Yoga uses floor-based postures held for prolonged periods of time to nourish the fascial tissues and stimulate the deeper energetic channels in the body.  This practice offers focus within the yin side in correlation to the yang – cool vs heat, feminine vs. masculine – the balance.  A beautiful niche training to compliment your repertoire.
