Each month is an opportunity to come home to yourself, connect, release what no longer serves you, and open space to receive what is meant for you. A chance to go within and connect to the your truth. Leaving the noise of the outside world behind.
As you settle in and begin to connect you will be supported with healing energies, intentionally curated vibrations, and the medicine of sound. Surrounded by an array of extraordinary instruments. Open your spirit to the grounding energies and magic of the gongs, Tibetan bowls along with the alchemy crystal bowls, and many more. All while being transported to an ethereal space of expansion as the energies shift to support your journey. Each sound experience built on the energies of love and connection. Each instrument aligned to complement your journey with ease and grace. The frequencies of the instruments gently realign your energies promoting relaxation and restoration. Allowing you to emerge from this experience feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace.
Please come in whatever feels supportive and comfortable to you. We suggest to bring blankets, pillows, and any other items that will be helpful to create and honor a state of relaxation for you.
Herbal infusions will be offered for integration & in sealing up this sweet time.

Alexia (Lexy) is a local SCV healer. She moves within the realms of Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga and Plant Medicine. She founded Earth Mama Sage and Sound, where her offerings are unique and individually catered to meet each individual or group on their healing journey. She also Co-founded The Community Collective Soundbath and Healing, where she and various sound healers come together in open spaces, providing our community an opportunity to experience the magic of sound healing, as it is a donation based seasonal event. You can also find her around town offering yin, restorative and wall yoga classes along with various workshops. Divine Frequencies is a collaboration with Kimberly Cole, where together they take you on a mystical sound healing journey. She is so excited and incredibly honored to make this experience a monthly offering at My Yoga Canyon Country.
Kimberly is a dedicated healer with extensive training in various modalities, including sound healing and Reiki, where she has earned the title of Reiki Master. My journey in energy work led me to explore and facilitate cacao ceremonies, offering a heart-opening experience for others. As a certified life coach, I support individuals in their personal growth and transformation. I have also completed hypnotherapy training, adding depth to my practice by helping clients access their subconscious for healing and empowerment. My work is rooted in a holistic approach to wellness, blending ancient traditions with modern techniques. Through my diverse offerings, I guide people on their journey to self-discovery, healing, and personal empowerment.
