Introduction to MELT Method Workshop with Terri – June
Date: June 28th
Time: 11:00am-1:00pm
In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the MELT Method, a revolutionary approach to pain-free living through fascia rehydration.
You’ll master:
-Precise hand, foot, and face treatments using the MELT therapy ball to reduce tension and improve circulation
-The essential Rebalance Sequence on the soft roller to tap into your nervous system, restore balance, and realign your body
-Upper and lower body compression techniques to hydrate connective tissue and improve flexibility
-The Low Back Release sequence to decompress the spine and ease back pain
-The Neck Release sequence to relieve tension and improve cervical alignment
Whether you’re looking to ease chronic pain, prevent injuries, improve athletic performance or enhance your yoga practice, MELT can help you move with greater ease and flexibility. MELT is a science-backed self-care method that rehydrates fascia—the connective tissue that supports your muscles, joints, and organs—to relieve stiffness, improve mobility, and restore pain-free movement.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including those new to movement practices and current yoga students looking to complement their practice.
What to Bring:
MELT rollers and balls will be provided in class. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a small rolled-up towel (optional) for neck support. Everyone will go home with a MELT therapy ball and a handout for continued practice.
