This offering will be concluding a day retreat that Michelina has organized with her studio – My Yoga Canyon Country, the PURR GROUND + cat yoga, hiking, lunch, town adventure, and Love Roots Yoga Shala + this entity.  This conclusion of the retreat will infuse Sanskrit Mantras alongside harmonium – infusing yoga Mythology.  Following this sweet piece gentle movements and a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice will be included.

Michelina is thrilled to bring community together + in a very special town.   She holds a tender space in offering Yoga Nidra.  Yoga practice as a whole has allowed for Michelina to soften in a healthy way + find balance & acceptance.  In teaching Yoga Nidra she is able to share the strength in finding rest – this has been quite the lesson and journey.  She feels this piece of yoga practice is extremely powerful.  Michelina is also honored to share some resonate sounds from her harmonium + mantra & sound healing instruments.  Sharing voice and music has been quite an accomplishment in rising above words in that she was told she would not be able to share these types of talents.
