Sandra is the owner and lead instructor at Butterfly Studio Pilates. She began practicing Pilates 5 years ago and became instantly hooked! She received her certification from Pilates Sports Center and has taught professionally for 3 years. She loved how Pilates was able to transform her 40+ year old body after having two children. She is passionate about people and Pilates!
Fun Facts about Sandra – she was a social worker and stay at home Mom prior to taking the leap into Pilates. She loves spending time with her family, going to 80’s concerts, and traveling in her spare time.
She is happy to share Pilates love at our cozy home yoga studio!
