Yoga Journey
Dani found yoga in her 20s and enrolled in a Hatha course. She later enrolled in a 200hr Hatha yoga teacher training program in her 40s to deepen her practice. She participated in yoga classes throughout LA and was lucky to find a weekly Kundalini Yoga class in her area. She naturally gravitated towards the structure and discipline of Ashtanga. And then something happened. Dani had a blue Christmas and was having trouble lifting up out of the shadow. It was during a Kundalini Yoga class that she felt herself elevate, circled by support, and her spirit’s breath. The mantra, the mudra, the breath, the focus, the movement- it all came together and woke something within her. After that winter, Dani enrolled in a Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Ojai, CA. Now, Kundalini Yoga is her lifelong blessed path. She radiates eternal gratitude for the beautiful light and life Kundalini yoga brings.

Yoga Classes with Dani
What you can expect from Sunday morning Kundalini Kaivalya is 75 minutes devoted to your highest self and sacred temple. Kundalini Yoga resets the nervous system, activates the glandular system, moves dense held energy to the wisdom and grace of the higher centers, it allows the body to process and transmute stagnation, to elevate, and to liberate. We create an amplified high vibrational field through mantra, meditation, intention, and movement. It is a practice for you to connect with your Self, to hold yourself in high esteem, to feel healthy boundaries, and to move at a pace that supports you. We breathe in the prana, we create space, we meet challenges with commitment, kindness and tenderness, and we surrender to the apana- release and letting go. We honor all of it and relax into the light of union and sat nam- truth is my identity. Kundalini yoga grounds you, connects you, cuts through the subconscious dialogue, gives you resources, vitality for whatever life brings, neutrality, presence, willingness, and belonging. It gifts the energy of newness. It lifts your vibration and frequency, restores, cultivates your inner fire, and relaxes you into the heart space. It’s a time to breathe in your divinity.
