A potent night took place within our Sacred Soundbath Ceremony with Ashley and Tim.
We gathered together and acknowledged by simply being present that we joined within our space to be – allowing what is to also be – to invite the universe and energy to truly radiate within us, to one another, and in our cozy home yoga studio – our Shala.
We drew Rose Oracle cards in opening of our time…
Energy levels swirled within a balance heavy and light. The crystal bowls, chimes, and gong resonated alongside the shifts taking place within our experiences. Reiki beamed within and all around.
Correlating shares were spoken upon. Words of challenge & struggle, but also acceptance & growth.
We recognized the darker and harder times, but also the light – not only within the times of trial, but always within our own hearts and beings.
