Mindfulness Adventure with Tonya

We took this past Friday evening, July 8th, to be more still with our energy bodies and sharpen our awareness – mindfulness.

Tonya guided us through many exercises to connect with our authentic self.

Some of these adventures entailed seated meditation, movement meditation, mindful eating, mind mapping, a feelings wheel, and journaling from prompted questions.

A sense of ease and clarity was gifted to us all after investing this time with Tonya in her Mindfulness Adventure.
