Cacao & ChakraFlow Recap
- This past Saturday, we gathered in sacred space, shared ceremonial cacao, and journeyed through the chakra system with intentional breath, somatic movement, sound, and deep presence. It was a powerful afternoon of release, alignment, and coming home to the body.
