Time to venture to a local mountain town of Wrightwood, California!
This is a sweet place for Michelina, as she grew up in this area for part of her childhood, and it was her most memorable & favorite place during this phase of her life.
Michelina has also had the intention of bringing kitties alongside yoga practice + healing, as this is now has beautifully unfolded alongside our annual day retreat. The day retreat will also include a nature hike, exploring Wrightwood, and sealing up at Love Roots Yoga Shala with Yoga Nidra + Mantra & Sweet Sounds.
If staying after the last offering at the Shala, there will be dinner, a Circle & Cacao, and breakfast at the humble abode booked.
Michelina used to hold regular vinyasa offerings at Love Roots Yoga Shala, as also her family has adopted 3 of 5 cats from the owners of PURR GROUND & Wrightwood’s Littlest Pet Shop.
Itinerary – August 15th:
10:00-11:30am Purrrasana Flow + Kitty Connection @thepurrground
11:30am-12pm Travel time to a Nature Hike
12:00-1:00pm Nature Hike, 1 mile loop – snacks will be provided
1:00-1:30 Travel Time Back to Town
1:30-3:00 Lunch at Mexico Lindo – Michelina’s Favorite Mexican Restaurant!
3:00-5:00pm Settle into Cabin + Explore Wrightwood
5:30-7:00pm Bhakti Yoga + Nourishing Nidra & Sweet Sounds @ Love Roots Yoga Shala
7:30-8:30pm Flow + Food
9:00pm Circle + Cacao

*There is an option to attend only or both the morning session at The Purrground and/or evening session at Love Roots Yoga Shala.

Michelina has always had a sweet connection with kitties, and she is so excited to include her spirit animal with yoga practice & healing + support the non-profits holding shelter for the fur babies. Furthermore, she can’t wait to show you around Wrightwood – her most fond childhood town – and seal up the day at a local & quaint Yoga Studio with an additional subtle yoga offering. She is thrilled to offer an overnight option with yummy meals + the plant medicine Cacao.

Part of the proceeds will be going to the owners of PURR GROND Cat Arcade + Wrightwood’s Littlest Pet Shop for the fur babies as also to Love Roots Yoga Shala – Yoga Studio in Wrightwood.
Lunch on 8/15 not included in retreat price.
If you are staying overnight: Dinner, Cacao, & Breakfast is included.
Bring extra funds if you’d like to engage in mountain memory purchases. Michelina knows of some cute gift shops!
